Camping in Nanaimo - 30.6-2.7.2007
Canada Day weekend....one of the few long weekends that I get. So it wasn´t a question if I go out of town, the question was where and with who! I ended up going to Nanaimo, BC which is a small city on Vancouver Island. I went there with Mandy from Calgary.

our campside, right next to us stayed a couple from Nanaimo that invited us for BBQ with them and they also gave us twice a ride to the city with their vehicle. Really awesome people!!
After 3 days on the island we took the ferry back to vancouver.

ummm...yeah...the hat...i think i'm not a big patriot though but I just wanted to get into the atmosphere of Canada Day!!!
After the long hike for 3 days, i'm getting tougher now..555
