West Coast Trail - 21.-27.7.2007 Day 6
today we hiked from Tsusiat Falls to Michigan Creek, about 13km along beaches, through forests, along cliffs over some ladders, bridges and a cable car crossing at Klawana River
old donkey engine that was used to built the trail 100 years ago
awesome views from the cliffs
the stretch along the west coast trail is also called "The Graveyard of the Pacific" because of the ships that sunk here over the last few decades, here you can see a left over from one of the wrecks that was washed on shore
Lan crossing Michigan Creek
where else do you have a view like this right out from an outhouse (toilet)?
