Ulmer Spatzenflug - 28.6.2009

Another little event was held in Ulm 2 weeks ago. There was a little dragon boat race between the two universities, which my uni team won without any problems...

at the same time there was something like the "red bull flugtag", but since we live in ulm this was called "Spatzenflug"...the spatz is a famous bird connected with a little tale about the history of ulm...well anyways the participants had to dress in costumes and then jump/fly into the danube river. One of them you can see in the picture preparing for the jump...beer always helps!
